Non-Discrimination Notice:

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in all federally assisted education programs and activities, including interscholastic and co-curricular athletics. It is the policy of the PENNCREST School District to offer opportunities for participation in interscholastic and co-curricular athletic programs to male and female students on an equal basis and in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. Title IX further prohibits discrimination and harassment based on sex.

The PENNCREST School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities.
