Public Address

All persons wishing to address the Board in a public meeting shall register their intent with the Board Secretary one (1) day in advance of the meeting. Persons registered will be assured five (5) minutes to speak. Name and address of the participant, group affiliation, if appropriate, and topic to be addressed must be provided. Participants that did not register in advance must announced their name, address, and group affiliation, if appropriate. Persons not registered will be assured two (2) minutes to speak. No non-resident will be allowed to speak at a public meeting. Individuals addressing the Board shall address the Chair not the individual Board members.
