How do I get Tech Support?

All tech support is provided by the PSD Tech Department. Students can contact the Cyber Academy Coordinators via email or phone. All contact information will be distributed at the student orientation session or when your equipment is provided.

How long does it usually take to get tech assistance when I have an issue?

The Tech Department is available during regular work hours. Most issues can be resolved within one business day.
