Enrollment Information

Applications for resident PENNCREST students for the upcoming school year are now being accepted. Enrollment forms are provided here for information only. The forms will be completed at orientation.

Due to increased demand at this time there may be a delay in response. We will work with you to provide more information and/or enroll your child(ren).

Prior to beginning  instruction in the PSD Cyber Academy the following information and documents will be completed at orientation:

  • Policy 249 - Bullying and Cyber Bullying 


  • Policy 815 - Acceptable Use of Internet, Computers and Network Resources. 



Non-Current PSD Students (Additional Information Required)

  • All information above is required
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Guardianship and/or custody agreement (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residency

**All students must attend a meeting with the PSD cyber coordinators prior to enrollment.
