Applications for resident PENNCREST students for the 2020-2021 school year are now closed. Enrollment forms are provided here for information only. The forms will be completed at orientation.

Non-Current PSD Students (Additional Information Required)

  • Guardianship and/or custody agreement (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residency

**All students must attend a meeting with the PSD cyber coordinators prior to enrollment.
