Vision, Near & Far - Annually, Kindergarten - Grade 12
Color perception - Grade 1 or 2
Hearing - Annually, Kindergarten & Grades 1, 2, 3, 7, & 11
Scoliosis screening - Grade 6 (completed as part of the 6th grade physical) & 7

Parents are contacted only if screening results indicate a need for further evaluation.

Growth measurement - Annually Kindergarten - Grade 12

Parents will be notified of all students' Height, Weight and Body Mass Index for age as follows:

  • Grades Kindergarten - 8
